cyberstalking will be moved to harassment especially since they use 'harassment' and not stalking, however cyberstalking and stalking to be put under CAHR as stalking is a flavor of escalated harassment and harassment was the first proper and rational step to implement and then having more profound cases, stalking pc 646.9.
